AVENUE (2022)

Odami is a Toronto-based design studio co-founded by Aránzazu González Bernardo and Michael Fohring. We explored Deer Park, a residential project that included a complete renovation of the main living space, a new kitchen and a third floor addition.

Tura Cousins Wilson, architect and co founder of SOCA gives insight on the renovation process as well as the historical importance of his home. Located in the heart of Leslieville, Granny’s House is a three-story detached home that went through a major renovation in 2019 to renew the space for future generations while keeping its vibrant history alive.

AVENUE is a film series exploring the design and ethos of residential architectural projects in Toronto. To many, being in a beautiful space is more felt than understood. We wanted to provide architects and designers a platform to share their inspirations and the story of their designs.
